Illustration Friday: RED

No, this is for art's sake.

This is the next deck i'm going to do. Drew it during lunch. A bit on the violent side i know, but i'm so enamored with the last one. This may go into the Art Swap II hopper if i finish it before saturday night.

Maybe i should just stay home that night.

That's mighty greedy of me though.

Man, I really love this thing, but it's for Art Swap II. I just hope that someone will give it a good home. I also hope that it's good enough to be traded with all the other amazing artwork that I'm throwing this deck in with.

Throwing out all sense of humilty on this post.. I'm just proud of it. It's only the second deck I ever really painted and in my opinion is much more refined than my first (blue boombox girl in a previous post).

I really need to get my drawing table out of the garage and into my office. i had to paint this on my lap/on the floor.

Anyhoo.. hope y'all like it.

it's past my bed time..

crap.

it happened again.

i can't bring myself to finish something.

what's even worse is that i really can't bring myself to let it go either.

i may have to go back and get yet another deck.

LESSON learned

i like this one too, but i didn't spend a whole lot of time on it. so i'm slapping some grip tape on it right now.

it's pretty geeky. if you don't know what it is, we can't be friends. it's not you it's me.

watch... i'll break it on my first run.
